A couple of months ago, Rachelle and I flew to Iceland for a few days and completely fell in love with the country.  It was unlike anywhere I had ever been – totally open and unadulterated, nothing but fields of green (and various shades of blue/purple bluebonnets), mountains, waterfalls and glaciers.
